2016

A Simple Moment That Changed Everything

One afternoon in 2016, our founder returned home only to realize that the house key had been left behind. After spending a long time waiting to get back inside, a simple question came to mind:
"Why should getting into your own home be this inconvenient?"
That experience inspired our founder to look for a smarter solution. While researching smart door locks available on the market, dozens of products from different manufacturers were tested. Although many offered impressive features, few truly delivered the reliability, ease of use, and user experience that customers expected.
It became clear that the industry was missing something important-not more products, but better products designed around real user needs.
From that day forward, the idea of building a company dedicated to creating truly dependable smart security solutions was born.

2017

Listening Before Building

Before designing a single product, we chose to listen.
Through extensive market research, online surveys, customer interviews, distributor feedback, and user experience analysis, we collected insights from more than 20,000 consumers around the world.
We carefully studied the challenges people faced with existing smart locks-from complicated installation and unstable performance to limited
unlocking methods and poor after-sales support. Every suggestion, complaint, and expectation became the foundation for the products we would create.
Because we believe that the best innovations begin by understanding real customers.

2018

Heyfam Was Officially Founded

In 2018, Hangzhou Heyfam Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established. With a modern manufacturing facility covering over 30,000 square meters, we built an experienced team of engineers, production specialists, and quality control professionals dedicated to developing reliable smart security products.
From product design and hardware development to manufacturing and quality inspection, every step was built around one goal:

2020

Expanding to Global Markets

As product quality and customer satisfaction continued to grow, Heyfam quickly expanded into international markets.
By 2020, our products had been exported to more than 30 countries, serving over 3,500 distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners worldwide.
This milestone marked the beginning of Heyfam's journey toward becoming a trusted global security brand.

2022

Building a Complete Security Ecosystem

As our partnerships grew, we noticed a common request from customers.
Many were no longer looking for just a smart door lock-they wanted a complete security solution.
To better support our global partners, Heyfam expanded its product portfolio by introducing intelligent security cameras, including indoor WiFi cameras and solar-powered outdoor surveillance systems.
By integrating smart locks with intelligent monitoring products, we enabled customers to source comprehensive security solutions from one trusted manufacturer.

2024

Expanding Beyond Security

Innovation has always been part of our DNA.
As imaging technology continued to evolve, many customers expressed growing demand for reliable cameras that could capture outdoor adventures, travel experiences, and everyday moments.
In response, Heyfam introduced its Action Camera product line, combining high-definition imaging, portability, and durability to help people record life's most memorable experiences.
This expansion reflected our commitment to creating products that improve both security and everyday life.

2026

Growing Together with Our Global Partners

By 2026, Heyfam products were serving customers in more than 60 countries, supported by over 8,000 global business partners.
